RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you would like to return an item please return to us within 30 days of your order date with original packing slip to: The Yellow Lamb, 1814 North Spruce, Little Rock, AR 72207. Items must be unworn and unwashed in order to be returned. Monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping costs for a return or exchange.
If you would like to exchange an item please place an order for the item you would like to exchange for so that your size will be secured. We will issue a refund for the original item as soon as it is returned to us.
Sale merchandise may be returned within 14 days of date of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

SHIPPING
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the following business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We offer a variety of shipping options and rates from USPS and UPS.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with a tracking number for your package. You will also receive an email notifying you as soon as the package has been delivered.
